Skype video calls

The possibility of (rather shaky) video calls using Skype is now a reality, from my study. The bandwidth needed is too much for the school network, but I have an independent broadband circuit which just about copes. This might be useful for long-distance boarders who want a chat with home from time to time - the limitation is agreeing a time in advance.
