Cross Country

I always like the cross-country running events, because the whole school is involved, because it brings colour to a dull autumn afternoon, and because we celebrate valiant efforts by those who share my body shape and still manage to get round the course, as well as the racing snakes who end in the top 3 for their year.

Congratulations also to tutors Mr Mackworth Praed, faster than any pupil (though beaten by Mr Daniel), and Mr Starr, who courteously allowed a few to overtake.
