We've been looking forward to this for a while ! Next week we welcome a team from Ofsted. You should have had this by email:

URGENT - SHIPLAKE COLLEGE BOARDING INSPECTION – ACTION REQUIRED

Dear Parent

Shiplake College’s boarding provision is to be inspected next week by Ofsted as part of the programme of regular inspections required by the Department for Education.

The inspection team, which will be led by Mrs Tola Akinde-Hummel, invites all parents of boarders, whether full or weekly boarders, to complete a confidential questionnaire as part of the process. The questionnaire has been attached to this letter and I should be most grateful if you could complete it at your earliest convenience and return it to socialcare.freshford.house@ofsted.gov.uk by Tuesday 8^th March at the latest.

The questionnaire is completely confidential and will only be seen by the inspection team. If you have more than one child boarding at Shiplake please complete ONE questionnaire only. Full instructions are attached to this email along with the questionnaire itself.

I hope that you will all take a few minutes to make your contribution to the inspection.
