Getting ready

Maundy Thursday - always used to be half a day off when I was a civil servant.

The school is quite busy - there is a rowing camp, packing up today. The maintenance team are doing plenty, and contractors are in putting a new window frame in Burr (I wonder if you'll notice when you come back) and check that the fire extinguishers are as they should be.

The fine weather means the wisteria is out and smells wonderful in the evenings.

Burr will be open from 1900 on Monday 25th April. The following day's programme includes a whole school photo, so I hope all haircuts match expectations. Because a good handful of Burr boys won't be back until after The Wedding, the House photo will be a little later in the term.
