Revision decisions

I think I have dissuaded one eager 6th form  pupil from revising until 0200, then setting an alarm for 0400 to do some more work. This sleep-deprived pattern was to be fuelled by caffeine supplements.


I suggested a rhythm which involves good food, sleep between at least midnight and 0630, exercise, and plenty of water to drink. Click on either image to enlarge.
