I write to warmly invite you to attend our Carol Service on Wednesday 16^th December at 11.15am. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT TAKE PLACE AT OUR NORMAL VENUE IN HENLEY BUT WILL BE AT THE MINSTER OF ST MARY THE VIRGIN IN READING. For directions to the Church, please click here and select find us. Your easiest route is to park in the Broad St Mall Car Park. It is about a one minute walk from there.

With the Service being in Reading this year, we have a number of logistical issues to address and ask for your help by replying within this email to your son or daughter’s Housemaster or Housemistress. If you are attending the Service, you are invited to collect your son or daughter from College with all of their belongings between 9.00 and 10.00am and take them with you to Reading so you can depart for home directly after the Service. Conversely, we can transport pupils to the Service – they can either return with you afterwards to Shiplake to collect belongings or, if you are not attending the Service, we will transport the pupils back and you can collect them from Shiplake at approximately 1.15pm.

Please could you complete the appropriate boxes below and return this email to your Housemaster/Housemistress.

You could help our logistical planning by returning this email to Housemasters by the end of Sunday 6^th December.
