End of Term Arrangements

Dear Parents/Guardians

I thought you might like some details for some of the End of Term Arrangements during the final week of term.

Monday 10^th December

Junior Rugby Awards afternoon.

Tuesday 11^th December

Burr Social – We are taking the whole House out to Zizzi’s restaurant in Henley for a 3 course meal to celebrate the end of term.

To ensure that we cover all drinks as well, I would like to place a £20 charge on to the termly bill please, unless there are any objections.

Wednesday 12^th December

Senior Rugby Club Dinner

Thursday 13^th December

Extended Christmas lunch – through the servery.

Packing, End of Term House Assembly, Quiz and Evening Entertainments.

Friday 14^th December

I have asked the boys, but if you can too please, (I do know about some flights already), to confirm their travel arrangements as we would like to know numbers for coaches to and from the Carol Service in Henley. There will be separate arrangements for those performing. 

If you are collecting your son and would like to pack your vehicle before the service, you can do this from 8.30am until 10.00am. The House will then be locked, until it re-opens again at 12.45am after the service.

Alternatively, you could meet them at the service and then pack afterwards or I appreciate that some parents will not be able to make it and their sons will be travelling independently.
