Starter
Goat cheese soufflé served with watercress veloute.

Main

Black pepper crust Rib-eye of beef served with crispy chucky potato chips, large field mushroom with blue cheese crust, roasted cherry tomato on the vine, red wine jus, and micro herb salad.

VEGETARIAN 
                            
Vegetable wellington served with baby carrot and broccoli with dolce latte cream sauce. (V)


Desserts

Apple tartan served with rum and raisin ice cream and caramel sauce.
